charlotte: And PLANKS, similar to burpees, which is what it looks like the guy in the pic is doing!! And WALKING, which I can’t WAIT to get back to!! I’m getting a bike, too!! I don’t know about you, but I just can’t go to a gym and work out on machines any more!! Part of the reason is that I just have to be outdoors in the fresh air as much as possible, EVEN IF it’s drizzling!! Another good idea via a past personal trainer (retired Special Forces) is that anything to actually move the weight of your body is best, and I certainly did HUNDREDS of situps, pushups, pullups, and was in great shape!!! You can do it!!!
